The Guandalupe Fur Seal is one of the six members of the Fur Seal group. Sealers reduced the amount to just a few dozen by the late 19th Century, but the species had recovered to 10,000 in number by the late 1990s. Pups are born with a black coat, similar to that of the adults. You are most likely to see Guandalupe fur seals floating roun the island of Mexico's Guandalupe Island. They are featured in zt2
