What's new on Zoopedia
- October 31, 2010: Lion Pride HUGE released.
- BFG and THQ announced a new game, World of Zoo!
- On January 1, 2009, Zoopedia got its first affiliate, Zoo Tycoon Volcano!
- The Main Site now has its 1st Download, the Asiatic Black Bear, originally by Blue Fang, converted to Dutch by Arthur, and back to English by Jntg4.

Featured article
Walrus: [1] The Walrus's scientific name, Odobenus rosmarus, traslates to Tooth Walk. This refurs to the animals way of pulling its self out of the water with its massive tusks. The walrus's diet consists mainly of shellfish, but when food is scarce it has been known to dine on crabs or krill. The walrus's "mustach" is composed of thousands of sensative hairs that it uses to search for food. Walrus's are rarly preyed upon because of its volitile temprency. A starving Polar bear will somtimes attack a walrus in hopes of a meal, but is usualy unsucsessful. The biggest threat to a walrus is an Orca when it migrates north.
