The Tanystropheus ( tan-e-srof-e-is) is a species of long necked marine reptile from the Triassic Period. It will be mentioned in the UXP Formidable Seas along with Cymnospondolus and Nothosaurus in the Triassic section of animals. It had only 10 bones in it's neck, making its neck very stiff and hard to turn.
